Launched in 2006, the Hawaii State Department of Agriculture developed the “Seals of Quality” program to certify premium products made and/or grown locally.  This label of quality is enforced by the State of Hawaii and includes producers or herbs, fruit and produce from the Islands to foster food security and local producers.
